Shipping Policy
Where we ship from
Our products are dispatched directly from our supplier's fulfilment centre in China. We are transparent about this because we would rather you knew before you ordered than after.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier delays, and adverse weather can extend them. Total time from order to doorstep in the UK is typically 10 to 12 days once processing is included.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate or refund you.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a link by email once your parcel leaves the fulfilment centre. Tracking information can take 2 to 5 days to begin updating after dispatch — this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
Customs, duties and taxes
United Kingdom. For goods valued under £135, we account for any import VAT due. You will not be asked to pay anything further on delivery.
European Union and rest of world. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees charged by your country's authorities. These are not included in the price you pay us, and they are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to sender, we will refund the product cost but not the original shipping charge.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you. You may choose a refund of the product cost, or pay for reshipment.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
