Contacting us

The email address above is the fastest way to reach us, and we aim to respond within one business day. We are a small operation and do not currently operate a telephone line.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in our terms or policies affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

In particular, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Details are set out in our Refund Policy.

Prices and product information

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable UK VAT.

We take care to describe our products accurately, and product photography is supplied by our manufacturers. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Dimensions are approximate.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel such an order, we will refund you in full.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Intellectual property

The text and layout of this website are our property. Product images are used with the permission of our suppliers and remain the property of their respective owners.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at calloliphant@gmail.com. We would rather resolve a problem directly than have you go elsewhere with it.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to seek advice from Citizens Advice.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of [Scotland / England and Wales] and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. This does not affect any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you live.
